Driving Instructor Training Courses

We may, at our discretion, agree to provide the Services to you before the DVSA accepts your application to start the qualifying process to become an ADI. If we do so and the DVSA does not accept your application within a reasonable period of time, we may terminate this
Agreement. For the consequences of termination.

You will need to arrange Your Part 1 test with the DVSA and you must pay the fee for the Part 1 test directly to the DVSA. We may provide you with advice as to whether and when, in our opinion, you are ready to take Your Part 1 test. However, if we recommend that you are ready to take Your Part 1 test, we do not give any guarantee that you will successfully pass such test.

Should you need to re-sit Your Part 1 test, you will be responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to the DVSA and for arranging to re-sit Your Part 1 test with the DVSA.

You will need to arrange Your Part 2 and Part 3 tests with the DVSA and You must pay the fee for the tests directly to the DVSA. As at the date of this Agreement, the DVSA require you to pass both Your Part 2 and 3 tests within two (2) years of passing Your Part 1 test. It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrange Your Part 2 and Part 3 in car tuition in a timely manner so as to enable you to meet this requirement (or any variation of it). We may provide you with advice as to whether and when, in our opinion, you are ready to take Your Part 2 and Part 3 test.

However, if we advise that you are ready to take your test, we do not give any guarantee that you will successfully pass such test.
It is Your responsibility to meet any DVSA requirement(s) with regard to attendance at, and participation in, any relevant test including, but not limited to, any requirement to arrange and If We provide a vehicle for You to use for Your test(s), You will use the vehicle solely for this purpose and You will be responsible for meeting any costs We incur as a result of any damage sustained to the vehicle or any accident involving the vehicle whilst in Your custody which is not met by Our insurance policy. We reserve the right to refuse to provide or procure a vehicle for your use in a Part 2 test where, in our reasonable opinion or that of Your DDIT, Your driving is
unsafe.

In addition, We reserve the right to refuse to provide or procure a vehicle for Your use for a Part 3 test where, in Our reasonable opinion or that of Your DDIT, You have not reached a minimum standard of competence and cannot safely manage or control the driving of a pupil be accompanied by a pupil during the Part 3 test.

Should You need to re-sit Your Part 2 and/or Part 3 test, or need to take a test which has had to be rescheduled due to a failure to meet any test requirement as outlined above .You will be responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to the DVSA and for arranging to resist or re-schedule the test with the DVSA.

We will normally provide You with a vehicle for the purpose of taking or re-sitting Your Part 2 or Part 3 test upon Your request and, unless You use part of Your in-car tuition allowance for any such test (at a rate of 2 hours per test) We will be entitled to charge You for such use at Our then current rates.

PART 1 – THEORY & HAZARD PERCEPTION
The standards which you will need to achieve to pass Part 1 are specified by the DVSA.
Multiple choices pass mark 85 (no less than 80% in any category) and Hazard perception 57​

PART 2 – DRIVING ABILITY
The standards which you will need to achieve to pass Part 2 are specified by the DVSA. In
relation to Part 2 We will provide you with the following in order to assist you to achieve those
standards:
Eye Sight 27.5 Meters, Tell Me show me (5) (3) Tell (2) Show. General Drive for about an hour with 2 Reversing exercises. 20 Mins of Independent driving maybe Sat Nav, Possibly an E/Stop.

No More than 6 minors and no serious or dangerous marks or verbal or physical intervention.
Pass and Apply for trainee licence
The maximum aggregate duration of the in-car tuition we are obliged to provide you shall not exceed ten (10) hours. If you want to use a vehicle supplied by us to take a Part 2 test this will equate to two (2) hours of in-car tuition for each such test, above for further details. If you fail to arrange for any of the in-car tuition which is available to you in relation to Part 2 to take place within 12 weeks of your having passed the Part 1 test, we will be entitled, but not obliged, to terminate this Agreement

PART 3 – TEACHING ABILITY
The standards which you will need to achieve to pass Part 3 are specified by the DVSA. In relation to Part 3 We will provide you with the following in order to assist you to seek to achieve those standards:
The maximum aggregate duration of the in-car tuition we are obliged to provide you shall not exceed thirty-six (36) hours. If you want to use a vehicle supplied by us to take a Part 3 test this will equate to two (2) hours of in-car tuition for each such test, above for further details. If You fail to arrange for any of the in-car tuition which is available to You in relation to Part 3 to take place within 12 weeks of Your having passed the Part 2 test we will be entitled, but not obliged, to terminate this Agreement.
A 45 minute Client Centered driving lesson to one of your pupils.
1) 3 minutes Discuss Goals, and Risk Management
2) Pupil to drive for 40 Mins
3) 3 Minute feedback.
4) Marked on 17 Areas that are grouped into 3 Categories. a)Lesson Planning
b) Risk management c) Teaching and learning strategies .

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
You have a right to terminate this Agreement if you fail any of the Part 1, Part 2 or Part 3 tests.
However no refunds will be given.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may exercise this right to cancel the Agreement by informing Us of Your decision to cancel.
You may do so by making a clear statement to Us of Your intention to cancel, within the cooling
off period, by phone, post or e-mail.

REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
If you cancel the Agreement within the 16-day cooling-off period, we will provide you a full refund of the Charges You have already paid to us, on condition that you have:
After the cooling off period you may cancel the Agreement but no refund will then be due from us to you. After two (2) years of the date of the Agreement any training not already taken will be forfeited.

If we terminate the Agreement because the DVSA rejects your application to start qualifying asan ADI, We will provide a full refund.

Course fee is usually £2499.99 Payable to Mr P A Bryce Nat West Kingswood 60-12-22 account number 31054072 but we are offering a discounted promotional offer of only £1499.99 for a limited period. You will receive 10 hours Cat B training and 40 hours Part 3 training in Car one to one. Should you not reach the ability to drive standard within the 10 hours additional hours will be charged at £50per hour.

Should you not reach the part 3 (ability to teach ) standard within the 40 hours additional hours will be charged at £50 an hour. On successful completion of the part 3 (ability to teach) you will be contracted to No L’s Driving School (Bristol) for a term no less than 18 (Eighteen) Months as a franchised driving instructor category B. This franchise gives you access to unlimited pupils as
well as stationary and support.

So you will be receiving 50 hours training which should cost £2500 but only paying 1499.99.
